As Chief Claims Officer, Tim develops, implements, and manages EmPRO’s strategic claims programs. Tim has over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry encompassing accomplishments in the start-up, acquisition, and transformational leadership of domestic and international insurers, reinsurers, medical professional claims operations, and litigation leadership.
Tim holds a BS in Business Administration from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with continuing education at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, Illinois, and the Center for Creative Leadership, Ashville, North Carolina. Tim has formerly served in various executive and management positions with Gallagher Bassett Insurance Services, CNA Insurance, and the Illinois State Medical Inter-Insurance Exchange.
