Virginia has over twenty years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance runoff industry. She is currently Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary pro tempore of Physicians’ Reciprocal Insurers and its subsidiaries, EmPRO Insurance Company and PRIMMA LLC . Virginia was formerly Vice President and Secretary of Trenwick America Reinsurance Corporation.
Virginia holds a BA in English from the University of Connecticut and a JD from Pace Law School. She is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and New York.
